I have been a VMWare fan for a long time. However, on the windows platform I found that it was somewhat easier to use the Virtual PC software to meet my virtualization needs. Recently, I switched to the Mac OS X platform. One of the deciding factors for me to do this was that VMWare released Fusion for the Mac.

This is an amazing software, it allows me to run Windows and my Linux distributions within the Mac environment. It extremely stable and very responsive. As shown in a previous post..

Here is my “MacVista” screenshot.

I highly recommend VMWare Fusion.

Peter: Actually, I was planning on entering this post as my blog entry. I was kinda ill and medicated when I wrote it and did not feel this post was worth the entry.

I plan on making a couple videos and entering them. As well as writing a better write up on what I do with Fusion.

    Thanks for the visit!

I agree.. You can’t go wrong with VMWare Fusion. When I originally switched to the MAC in October of 07 I first bought Parallels. 10 minutes after I purchased and installed it, I bought VMWare Fusion. One of the best software purchases I have ever made.
